Flickr - The winner of college football’s BCS National Championship Game receives a Waterford Crystal trophy. In honor of last year’s winner (Alabama) I decided to build the trophy. The football is made up of over 2000 translucent clear pieces. Come see it in person at Brickfair Alabama 2013. Roll Tide! -Noah McClung
Been talking a lot lately about how awesome it is to be a huge college football fan and live and die with your team and do things you wouldn’t normally do for the sake of your fandom. This is not one of those times. Not even close. Just really no excuse to be a grown man sitting in your bedroom building a championship replica trophy out of Legos. None. Unless top prize at Brickfair Alabama for most realistic Waterford Crystal Trophy built out of children’s play toys is $1 million dollars it’s probably time to check out a job or a life or something. Don’t care how hard you roll tide.
