LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) — What was supposed to be a playful mascot duel quickly turned into an all-out brawl.  At the Male-Manual basketball game Friday, the mascots were ready for a fake fight, but the Male Bulldog and Manual Ram took it to the next level, as things got out of control while the crowd went crazy inside Male’s gym.  The biggest concern though, were fights that happened after the game outside.  Male has disciplined a handful of students, while Manual is looking to see if any students need to be disciplined.

 

I fucking love mascots.  I don’t know if that’s a popular opinion or not but frankly I don’t care.  Mascots rule.  And this just proves it.  Like this is the whole entire point of being a mascot.  This is what’s written in bold letters at the top of the job application.  Get your team fired up.  Get the crowd going wild.  Well bulldozing the opposing mascot and drop kicking his ass then brawling at center court is exactly how you amp it up a notch.  I mean this is a rivalry game.  This is what’s supposed to happen.  You start a fight that results in a massive parking lot brawl.  Job well done by the Manual Ram and Male Bulldog.
